PepsiCo starts drinks venturing
US-based soft drinks maker PepsiCo is developing an emerging beverages team similar to one run by peer Coca-Cola. The Beverage Growth Ventures team will be led by Chris Lansing, general manager of Pepsi’s Naked Juice and Izze division, news provider BevNET said, and would rival Coca-Cola’s Venturing and Emerging Brands (VEB) group.
