Ninox sleeps easy with $10m

Israel-based medical device company Ninox Medical secured $10m yesterday in a series B round co-led by Mérieux Développement, the quasi-corporate venturing arm of holding company Institut Mérieux. Ucpaas communicates with Legend for $16m series B

China-based cloud-based services provider Ucpaas has raised almost RMB 100m ($16m) in a series B round led by Legend Capital, the corporate venturing subsidiary of conglomerate Legend Holdings, China Money Network reported yesterday. Validic, the US-based provider of a cloud-based platform for patient data, secured $12.5m for a series B round led by Kaiser Permanente Ventures, the corporate venturing subsidiary of healthcare consortium Kaiser Permanente, yesterday.
