Cookie Policy
When we provide services, we want to make them easy, useful and reliable. Where services are delivered on the internet, this sometimes involves placing small amounts of information on your device, for example, computer or mobile phone. These include small files known as cookies. They cannot be used to identify you personally.

We store cookies to allow the passwords of registered users to be remembered by the website and to make sure they get the access to which they are entitled. This also means we obtain data about website and email usage. We only use such data on an individual basis for internal use to help us better understand our customers’ interests. This data is never made public unless in an aggregated form – for example to provide an advertiser with website traffic figures.

These pieces of information are used to improve services for you through, for example:

  • enabling a service to recognise your device so you don’t have to give the same information several times during one task
  • recognising that you may already have given a username and password so you don’t need to do it for every webpage requested or log in each time you visit
  • measuring how many people are using services, so that traffic can be managed to ensure pages load quickly

You can manage these small files yourself and learn more about them through “Internet browser cookies – what they are and how to manage them”

Children
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose data from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected the personal data of a child under 16, or the equivalent minimum age depending on the jurisdiction, we will take steps to delete the data as soon as possible. Please immediately contact us if you become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data.

Data Transfers, Storage, and Processing Globally
We have employees and service providers outside the EU, as such your personal data may be transferred to and/or made accessible from countries out of the European Economic Area. In such circumstances, we will enter model contractual clauses as adopted by the European Commission or binding corporate rules where our partners or service providers have adopted such internal policies approved by European data protection authorities.

We may periodically change this Privacy Statement to keep pace with new technologies, industry practices, and regulatory requirements, among other reasons. Any non-material changes will take effect immediately upon posting of an updated Privacy Statement. In cases where changes to the Privacy Statement are significant we will first provide a more prominent notice.
