NetMotion Wireless sells to Clearlake

Clearlake Capital Group has acquired NetMotion Wireless, a US–based provider of mobile virtual private networks, for an undisclosed amount. NetMotion had raised more than $30m from from Japan-based financial services firm Mitsui’s Venture Partners and venture firms Dolphin Equity Partners, Northwest Venture Associates and Alexander Hutton Venture Partners.
