Pearson had originally bought 17% of TutorVista in June 2009.
Info Edge applies intellect
VC Circle said Info Edge had invested R61.5 crore in total in Applect to own about 54%. Info Edge previously owned 49% of Applect after investing R20 Crore in 2011 and R11.5 crorer between 2008 and 2010.

Julep Beauty, a US-based beauty brand, has raised $10.3m in series B round from venture capital firms Andreessen Horowitz, which led the round, and Maveron, which was co-founded by Howard Schultz, coffee retailer Starbucks chief executive.
