XAnge exits RunMyProcess

Japan-listed electronics company Fujitsu has acquired RunMyProcess, a France-based cloud platform provider backed by the local post office’s corporate venturing unit, for a reported €18.5m ($22m). Founded in 2007, RunMyProcess raised $2.2m in its series A round in July 2010 from a consortium led by XAnge Private Equity, which was sponsored by La Poste’s financial unit.

Romo Wind blows into $6m
