Apogen ups series B round to $11m

Apogen Biotechnologies, a US-based oncology therapy spinout of University of Minnesota, boosted its series A round to $11m yesterday with $4m from investors including pharmaceutical firm Merck Group. Dada Room moves into Roomi

Wayra, the accelerator subsidiary of telecommunications firm Telefónica, has exited Mexico-based online shared accommodation portal Dada Room in an acquisition of undisclosed size by US-headquartered counterpart Roomi, Entrepreneur has reported.
