My Fashion Republic buys Luxify

Australia-based online retailer My Fashion Republic Group has agreed to acquire Hong Kong-based online marketplace Luxify. Luxify.com was launched in 2013 and had raised $800,000 in funding over two rounds backed by magazines and digital media group Heart Media.
