SafetyCulture snaps up with portfolio company EdApp

Australia-based workplace safety technology provider SafetyCulture has acquired its local portfolio company, microlearning platform developer EdApp. News provider Sydney Morning Herald said the acquisition valued EdApp at A$40m.
