Raptor hunts down Sonic Notify

US-based financial services firm Raptor Group’s venture unit and talent  agency The Gorfaine/Schwartz Agency helped Sonic Notify, a mobile device technology company, raise $4.25m.

The corporate-linked groups were joined by venture firms A-Grade Investments, Advancit Capital, AngelVision Investors, DEV (Digital Entertainment Ventures) and Eniac Ventures.

Harry DeMott, managing director at Raptor Ventures, said: “Sports teams, entertainers, marketers, and many others are seeking innovative solutions to engage audiences and Sonic Notify has moved to the front of the line.”

Sonic Notify’s technology enables difficult to perceive sound to be heard from any microphone.
