YieldMetrics, a US-based online advertising data company, has raised a reported $1.7m at a $4.8m pre-money valuation from a consortium including Germany-based publisher Bertelsmann’s corporate venturing unit.
Alongside Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments (BDMI) in YieldMetrics’s seed round, were venture capital firms and angles, including GRP Partners, which led, Baroda Ventures, Daher Capital, Double M Capital, Karlin Ventures, Clark Landry, Andy Rankin, and its accelerator Launchpad LA.
