JustFab, a lifestyle fashion brand incubated by US-based Intelligent Beauty, has acquired the children’s fashion brand FabKids. The business which was launched by ShopStyle founder and serial entrepreneur, Andy Moss, and mom and actress Christina Applegate, in August 2012.
In July last year, JustFab raised $76m.
Beyond Intelligent Beauty, other backers of JustFab’s series B round included venture firms Rho Ventures, Matrix Partners, and Technology Crossover, according to news provider TechCrunch. JustFab launched in 2010 and has raised $139m, TechCrunch added.
