PayrollHero, a Philippines and Canada-based work productivity tool, has raised C$1m ($1m) in its seed round from a consortium including the chief executive of social media management tool Hootsuite.
Alongside Ryan Holmes, CEO of Hootsuite, were venture capital firms Futura Corporation, 500 Startups, LX Ventures, 8capita Partners, and angel investors.
