Attune Consulting, a global provider of IT solutions to the fashion and lifestyle industries, has raised $20m from MAS Holdings, the South Asian manufacturer of underwear and leisurewear.
As part of the investment, Attune will merge with software developer Sabre Technologies, which specialises in cloud, mobile and other web-based technologies.
