Hub:raum, the incubator of Germany-based phone operator Deutsche Telekom, has invested in Reputami, the online reputation management tool.
Reputami, a start-up that wants to make it easier for small businesses to analyse customer feedback on social media and location-based services, said it will use the undisclosed amount of seed cash to improve its product offering and hire additional staff.
Founded in Cologne last year by Ali Saffari and Oliver Twardowski, Reputami monitors online customer feedback in real-time and provides actionable recommendations for local businesses on how to improve their reputation online.
It was the fourth team to join the Hub:raum’s two-month accelerator programme in Berlin, which is already supporting Blinkist, Stylemarks and Salonmeister.
Hub:raum, launched in 2012, aims to support start-ups in the telecommunications, internet and digital media space. The incubator promises mentorship, access to the Deutsche Telekom network, workspace and seed financing of up to €300,000 ($389,261).
