TrackMaven, a US-based intelligence platform for marketers, has raised $1.25m from a consortium including AOL Ventures, the corporate venturing unit of the eponymous internet services provider.
The other investors included venture capital firms Cloud Capital Partners and Acceleprise Ventures and angel investors Sean Glass (former chief marketing officer of HigherOne), Hemang Gadhia (former chief executive of Condaptive that was acquired by Millenial Media), Adam Riggs (former president of Shutterstock), Tony Ayaz (former vice-president of public sales for Splunk), Marc Solomon (chief financial officer of JackBe), Andy Klingenstein, David Cohen and Adam Falla.
