US-based corporate gifting service operator Reachdesk has completed a $43m series B round featuring HubSpot Ventures, the dedicated investment vehicle for marketing software producer HubSpot.
Growth capital firm Highland Europe led the round, while venture capital firms Highland Capital and RLC Ventures also participated.
Founded in 2018, Reachdesk operates an online gifting platform that lets companies send personalised gifts and direct mail correspondence to employees and customers.
The company will invest the series B funding in product development and the addition of more technical integrations to its platform as well as the expansion of its network of marketplace vendors and global warehouse partners.
Reachdesk also has plans to expand its operations across the US, Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region later this year. It had previously raised $6m in a series A round led by growth equity firm Five Elms Capital in September 2020.
