ZhenFund enrols Super Curriculum

Guangzhou Zhoumo Network Technology, a China-based developer of a student-focused mobile SNS application called “Super Curriculum” (“Chaoji Kechengbiao”), has raised an undisclosed RMB 7-digit figure in a second round of new funding, following a June 2013 RMB 8-digit first-round led by an unnamed China venture capital firm.

ZhenFund, an angel investment firm founded by Xu Xiaoping, the co-founder and former Vice Chairman of Chinese education services provider New Oriental, has provided the funding. The funding will be used to expand Zhoumo Network’s development team and launch new products. Super Curriculum’s development team is comprised of more than 50 people, and the app has a registered user base that exceeds three million people.
