Sunny Lo is an executive director at Tencent Investments, the strategic investment arm of China-based internet and gaming group Tencent, where he manages deals ranging from minority stakes to full acquisitions.

Prior to joining Tencent Investments in mid-2011, Lo served as M&A and business integration manager at Hewlett-Packard Company between 2007 and 2011, before which he had a year-long stint as corporate planning and development manager at Synopsis. He also had brief tenures as senior financial analyst at Intel and manager at Lockheed Martin.
He earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and a master’s in environmental science and engineering from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree in atmospheric science from National Taiwan University.
