Fleet management group Ryder System has acquired Baton, a US-based transportation network optimisation service backed by logistics firms AP Moller-Maersk, Prologis and Ryder System, for an undisclosed amount.
Scoupy, the Netherlands-based location-oriented coupon app operator backed by investors including media group Sanoma, has been acquired by peer Cashback Holding for an undisclosed sum.
