Customer data software producer Insider has acquired MindBehind, a Turkey-based enterprise messaging software developer backed by cloud communication tool provider Tenios, for an undisclosed sum. Tenios had invested $4m in the company in September 2021.

Hospital management software provider LeanTaaS has paid an undisclosed amount for Hospital IQ, a US-based developer of healthcare web analytics software, enabling medical technology producer Baxter International and healthcare management software producer Allscripts to exit. Baxter unit Baxter Ventures led a $25m series C round in mid-2021 that included Allscripts to push Hospital IQ’s overall funding past $48m.
