China-based wifi service provider 100msh has closed an $80m series A round backed by delivery service provider SF Express, China Money Network reported today citing local media reports.
The round also included investment holding company Oriza Holdings. SF and 100msh intend to collaborate in the wake of the round to help expand SF’s e-commerce-focused business.
100msh, which was founded in 2010, provides local businesses with the means to offer wifi connections to their customers. It oversees about 180,000 wifi hotspots in China.
