UK-based strategic advisory service Go4Venture Advisers and boutique investment bank Centerboard Partners have merged their operations and will henceforth operate jointly under the name Silverpeak.
Silverpeak will advise venture and growth-stage companies, as well as private equity and venture funds, and corporates looking to expand through strategic acquisitions.
The firm has already advised on two deals: telecommunications provider PCCW Global’s acquisition of voice, video and collaboration platform Syntelligence, and an $8m series B round closed by business intelligence provider Artesian Solutions.
Jean-Michel Deligny, co-founder of Silverpeak, said: “The combination of Go4Venture Advisers and Centerboard Partners makes for a broader set of skills and relationships, stronger M&A credentials, and of course a larger team.”
