Human resources firm Recruit Holdings has made the first investment out of its $20m HR Technology Fund, providing an undisclosed amount for US-based HR automation technology developer All4Staff.
The funding made up part of a $1.5m seed round for All4Staff, which provides software that streamlines and automates the staff induction process. Recruit launched the HR Technology Fund in January this year.
David Secunda, CEO of All4Staff said: “We are honoured to be the first investment in the Recruit HR fund, fully subscribing our $1.5m seed round and adding to the pedigree of investors.
“The strategic focus and expertise of Recruit HR will greatly support our ability to quickly bring our mobile-first solutions to employers that rapidly hire workforces each year.”
