Prime Technology Ventures, a Netherlands-based venture capital firm with strategic ties to Dutch conglomerate Philips, has led a $13m investment in Sweden-based software company Cint.
Creandum, a Swedish VC, reinvested in Cint, which was formed in 1998 and has been expanding internationally in the past few years. Alexander Ribbink, partner at Prime, will join the board of Cint. He said: "Cint is a hugely interesting growth case that combines a vast market opportunity with a scalable technology based model, strong current momentum and a great team both in Europe and in the US."
EOC Partners acted as the investment bank to Cint.
