EverContact, the France-based developer of an automated email-based contact updating service, has been acquired by US-based email data technology provider One More Company, giving an exit to insurance firm AXA.
Launched in 2014, EverContact has developed an automatically-updating address book for email services including Gmail, Outlook, Office 365 and Salesforce. AXA’s corporate venturing unit, AXA Strategic Ventures, invested $1m in the company in February 2015.
One More Company made the acquisition at the same time as it raised from AXA Strategic Ventures and venture capital firm Aurinvest.
