Goujia, a China-based online-to-offline home decoration services provider, has raised an undisclosed amount of series A funding from conglomerate Fosun Group, China Money Network reported yesterday.
The deal is reportedly worth several hundred million renminbi (RMB100m = $15m), according to local media reports.
Goujia operates a cloud-based home design service that lets users browse products in virtual rooms. It has partnered home improvement companies in more than 100 cities across China to deliver and install the products.
The company will increase its headcount from a current 500 and plans to ennhance its hardware and product quality with the series A capital. Goujia raised RMB30m in an angel round supported by unnamed backers at an undisclosed earlier date.
