Enterprise Ireland, the export development agency of the Irish government, and professional services company Accenture are looking for startups to join the third cohort of the Fintech Innovation Lab, SiliconRepublic reported on Wednesday.
The 12-week accelerator will provide mentorship and an opportunity for collaboration to a total of six startups. It is open to early and growth-stage startups located in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Eligible participants will need to be working in a fintech-related sector such as big data analytics, risk management, customer relationship management, compliance, security or infrastructure.
The accelerator specifically hopes to broaden the scope of participating companies this year. Startups have until October 31 to apply for a place.
Alastair Blair, managing director for Accenture in Ireland, said: “The Fintech Innovation Lab offers an exciting opportunity for the technology and financial services communities and young Irish companies to collaborate and together contribute to the success of Ireland’s digital economy.”
