OSF Ventures, the strategic investment arm of care provider OSF HealthCare, has led a $6m series A round for US-based mental health services treatment company Regroup Therapy.
Hyde Park Angels, OCA Ventures, HLM Venture Partners, Furthur Fund and Impact Engine also took part in the round.
Regroup offers telemedicine services, linking patients in various healthcare systems to its network of psychiatrists and therapists. It offers about 4,000 sessions through its platform each month.
Hyde Park Angels had previously led Regroup’s $1.8m seed round in May 2016, which included OCA Ventures, Impact Engine, Watson Enterprise, New Stack Ventures, Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of Chicago, MD Angels and various other angel investors.
Regroup had previously raised approximately $780,000 in financing, and added $2m between the seed and series A rounds, according to regulatory filings.
