Israel-based customer support technology provider TechSee closed a $7.5m series A round on Monday featuring business payment processor Comdata Group and Innogy, a subsidiary of energy utility RWE.
Family office Planven Investments led the round, which included equity crowdfunding platform OurCrowd and undisclosed additional investors. Fabio Parpajola, investment director at Planven, has joined TechSee’s board of directors
TechSee produces artificial intelligence-powered technology that helps technical support teams remotely diagnose and resolve issues using mobile devices.
The company operates across the telecommunications, consumer electronics and financial services industries, and will use the latest funding to increase its market penetration and speed up growth and technological developments.
