NS8, a US-based cybersecurity technology startup backed by media group Bloomberg, received $7.5m in a round led by venture capital firm Arbor Ventures, Washington Business Journal reported on Wednesday.
Founded in 2016, NS8 has created a software platform that combines fraud prevention and customer analytics to help online-focused businesses prevent e-commerce fraud.
The company has not publicly disclosed details of its earlier funding but its website lists Bloomberg subsidiary Bloomberg Beta as an investor along with Blu Venture Investors, TDF Ventures, NextGen Venture Partners, Hillcrest Venture Partners, Mach 37 and various angel investors.
