VigLink, a US-based provider of affiliate marketing services backed by search engine Google’s corporate venturing unit, has raised $5.4m in its series B round.
Venture capital (VC) firm Emergence Capital led the B round as a new investor and was joined by Google Ventures and VC firm First Round Capital. VigLink has now raised $7.3m since it started.
The portfolio company measures clicks leaving a website – called "outclicks" – measures how much value they drove downstream and claims a commission.
