China-based office decoration platform operator InDeco has raised a total of RMB110m ($16.3m) in funding across two rounds that included chemical producer Red Avenue New Materials Group.
Red Avenue was joined in the series B round, which closed in late 2018, by venture and growth capital firm Ideate Investments.
VC firm Source Code Capital led the series A round, which also featured EBA Investments, a subsidiary of financial services firm China Everbright, as well as ZhenFund and Hangzhou Chaosheng Investment Management.
Founded in 2016, InDeco has developed software that helps enterprises design and decorate commercial office spaces, leveraging artificial intelligence technology to reduce the costs and time traditionally associated with the process.
The platform also helps businesses with decoration project management and site operation, having served more than 10,000 customers in China. Prior to the latest round, InDeco had received an undisclosed amount of funding from co-working space provider Wujie Space in 2017.
