US-based technology company Cisco bought Truviso, a US-based data analysis company backed by US-based postal service UPS’ corporate venturing unit, on Thursday. Terms were undisclosed.
Truviso was reportedly backed with $3m by UPS Strategic Enterprise Fund as well as venture firms Diamondhead Ventures and Onset Ventures and in 2009, according to news provider VentureBeat. That deal took the company to $10m raised.
Truviso was founded in 2005.
