Demandbase, a US-based provider of web marketing services backed by online software design provider Adobe Systems, has raised $10m in its third round.
Venture capital firm Sutter Hill Ventures led the round, and was joined by peers Sigma Partners and Altos Ventures, as well as Adobe.
Adobe has backed Demandbase since 2007 and was also part of the $8m B round consortium in August 2008.
Chris Golec, chief executive of Demandbase, said: "Customers are relying on us to transform their static web sites to real time engagement and conversion platforms."
