AllMobilize amasses $15m in series B+ round

AllMobilize, a China-based software developer backed by IDG Capital Partners, the China VC affiliate of US media company International Data Group (IDG), has raised RMB100m ($15m) in series B+ financing, China Money Network reported yesterday.

The round was led by venture capital firm Fortune Capital. Other investors were not disclosed.

Founded in 2012, AllMobilize uses cloud computing technology and HTML5, the most recent version of the hypertext markup language used to create digital content, to program websites so that they can be read on mobile devices.

AllMobilize, which is known as Yunshipei in Chinese, will use the capital from the financing to bolster research and development and technology advancement for its products

Morningside Ventures joined IDG Capital in a $10m series B round in June 2015, after AllMobilize had raised an undisclosed sum from investors including Tianjin Venture Capital, Tiger Cub Equity Investment Fund and software provider Microsoft’s accelerator in Beijing.
