Financial compliance firm Donnelley Financial Solutions and law firms DLA Piper and Orrick have helped add $3m to a series A round for US-based financial analytics software provider Aumni now totalling $13m.
Financial services firm SVB Financial Group led the $10m first tranche in February this year, investing with Moneta Ventures, Next Frontier Capital, Quiet Ventures, Kickstart Seed Fund, Blackhorn Ventures, Prelude and Service Provider Capital.
Aumni has developed automated analytics software that helps provide information on the economic position and legal rights of any investment. It said it has increased its customer numbers by 200% and its revenue by 300% since the round’s earlier close.
Moneta Ventures, Next Frontier Capital and Quiet Ventures had previously co-led a $3.7m seed round for the company, it has revealed, without disclosing when that deal took place.
