Naspers, Tencent bundle India e-trader sites

South Africa media group, Naspers, and its shares in ‘money spinner’ China online gaming company Tencent Holdings, are paying off as are the two companies’ investment synergies. The two corporate investors have merged two investments, BuyThePrice.com and Tradus.com, to create a dominate player in the India buyer-seller e-commerce sector.

IDG, Redpoint secure Bangcle deal

IDG Ventures is joining other corporate venturing units with an investment remit in Asia to secure high-growth investment opportunities in the mobile and internet application software sector.
