China-based autonomous driving sensor developer Beijing Autoroad Tech has secured about $15m in a series C round featuring printed circuit board producer Tripod Technology, DealStreetAsia reported yesterday.
Autoroad provides radar sensor systems for use in advanced driving assistance systems produced by its automotive component manufacturer partners.
Jiangsu Yueda Jintai Fund Management also participated in the series C round, which came after Hidea VC had provided an undisclosed amount of series B funding in 2018. The company’s earlier investors include Cash Capital and Grains Valley.
