Adam Bastin has been hired by UK-based automotive technology company Keyloop as an executive vice president of strategy and corporate development.
Bastin was the executive vice president and global head of strategy and corporate development at software development company Unit4 for four years before accepting his current position.
He was the non-executive director, investment committee member and fellow at venture capital fund and accelerator Deeptech Labs for a year. He was also the vice president of corporate development at UK semiconductor company Arm for eight years.
Keyloop, backed by private equity firm Francisco Partners, has invested in seven companies including Serti Informatique, which Keyloop acquired in 2022 for an undisclosed sum.
