Legend Capital, the venture capital firm formed by conglomerate Legend Holdings, has co-led a $93m series B round for China-headquartered educational product manufacturer Shanghai Bloks Technology Group, DealStreetAsia reported today.
The round was co-led by private equity firm YF Capital and also featured venture capital firm Gaorong Capital, according to a statement cited by DealStreetAsia.
Bloks produces interactive educational products for children up to the age of six, including mobile app games available for Apple devices.
The latest round came in the wake of a $50.5m series A in December 2020 that was co-led by Legend Capital and VC firm Source Code Capital which backing from Gaorong Capital and unnamed existing investors.
The company’s earlier investors include television and online advertising group City Golden Bridge International Media as well as Latitude Capital, Junshi Investment and Jinyi Investment, DealStreetAsia stated.
