Susquehanna Growth Equity, a subsidiary of technology and trading firm Susquehanna International Group, has invested $8m in Buildout, a US-based developer of real estate marketing software.
Buildout has created a platform that real estate brokers and marketers can use to put together custom-branded websites, emails and brochures relatively quickly and easily.
The company had previously received $300,000 in seed financing in 2013 when it was founded. It plans to use the latest funding to increase its headcount from about 30 to 65 in the next year.
