Nasdaq-listed vending group Coinstar and venture capital firm Claremont Creek Ventures led the equity part of EcoATM’s A round. Silicon Valley Bank is providing the venture debt.

Pandora Media preps flotation
In August, Pandora had been reportedly about to raise $100m from private equity firm Elevation Partners, according to news provider TechCrunch, but instead has picked investment banks Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan to plan its initial public offering, according to its regulatory filing.

SEB Ventures led the round for Mobile Tag alongside XAnge Private Equity, the corporate venturing unit of France’s main post office, and investment firm Alven Capital.
Sage Electrochromics prays for Saint-Gobain
French glass and construction materials company Saint-Gobain has invested $80m for a minority stake in Sage Electrochromics, a US-based maker of tinted windows.
Soladigm adds $10m
Soladigm, which develops energy-efficient glass for buildings, adds $10m to the $30m raised in December after being identified by New York-listed industrial conglomerate General Electric’s clean-tech open innovation competition.
Coupa Software finds BlueRun
Venture capital firm Mohr Davidow Ventures led the round for Coupa alongside peers El Dorado Ventures, Battery Ventures and BlueRun Ventures, which span off from phone maker Nokia in 2005 but retains the Finland-based former parent as an investor.
Sonoma Orthopedic ascends to D round
Alongside Ascension Health Ventures in the D round consortium are venture capital firms Split Rock Partners, Legacy Life Sciences, EDF Ventures, MedVenture Associates, DFJ InCube Ventures, Emergent Medical Partners and Asset Management Partners.
Conatus welcomes $20m B round
Canada-based venture capital firm AgeChem led the B round, which included participation by existing investors Aberdare Ventures, Advent Venture Partners, Bay City Capital, Gilde Healthcare Partners, and Roche Venture Fund.
