US-based law firm Cooley has reportedly set up its latest corporate venturing fund.
News provider PEHub said a regulatory filing showed “Craig Dauchy, Kenneth Guernsey, Mark Tanoury and James Kitch are right now organizing a new fund under a limited liability company called GC&H Investments so the firm’s attorneys can seize on investment opportunities that become available to them”.
Each calendar year, GC&H forms a new fund, and partners, special counsel and eligible associates are invited to participate in deals that have included QuinStreet and Radiance Technologies.
Last year, former Cooley attorney Kirk Dizon cofounded fund of funds Institutional Global Investors, PEHub added.
