Financial software provider Dmacq Softare has acquired a 40% stake in India-based enterprise software start-up Apire IT Services for an undisclosed sum, VCCircle reported on Friday.
Srikant Krishnan, co-founder of Dmacq told VCCircle: “With this transaction, we will be able to offer pan-India digitisation solution capabilities.
“Aspire brings ready-scalable infrastructure, human resources and core software skill-set which complements our technical skill-set,” Krishnan added.
Dmacq specialises in software that maps the lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions. The service is targeted at investor and corporate clients.
Founded in 2008, Aspire offers two main products: Zenith Online, a web-based enterprise resource management tool, and QualiDox, a quality management application.
