China-based enterprise software developer EC has completed a RMB80m ($11.6m) series C-plus round that featured internet group Tencent, KrAsia has reported.
The corporate will be the largest investor in the company following the round, which also included commitments from SAIF Partners and Wuyuan Capital, according to Technode.
EC has developed cloud-based software products that are used by more than 40,000 companies to integrate their customer relationship management systems with social apps such as WeChat.
Through the platform, users can check sales phone statistics in real time, such as the number of calls, the duration and rank each pitch, as well analyse orders and view sales targets.
The company has not disclosed historical funding rounds, other than revealing software services provider Mindada took part in its series C round.
