UK-based connectivity management software provider FloLive has raised $21.5m in series B funding from investors including Dell Technologies Capital and Qualcomm Ventures, subsidiaries of computing technology producer Dell and chipmaker Qualcomm.
Venture capital firm 83North led the round, which was also backed by fellow VC firm Saban Ventures. It comes after a $4.2m series A round co-led by Arie Capital and Golden Sunflower Capital in 2017.
Founded in 2015, FloLive has built a software platform that enables organisations to manage their network of global internet-of-things systems from a single place.
The funding has been earmarked for expanding market awareness of the company’s product in addition to supporting growth in Europe, North America and Asia.
FloLive CEO Nir Shalom, whose appointment was announced concurrently with the funding, said: “We are witnessing a growing demand for seamless, global and secure connectivity services among enterprises and are in a great position to serve this market with our advanced platform and deep market understanding.
“Many solutions in the market provide some of the required elements, but no single vendor offers a holistic service like ours.”
