Proseeder, a business collaboration and workflow tools provider, and deals database operator Pitchbook today announced the launch of an integrated product that combines the respective offering from the two companies.
Users will be able to access detailed company information from Pitchbook directly in Proseeder’s deal flow management system, as well as gain the ability to import financial and management team data from Pitchbook.
Proseeder offers a range of business collaboration and workflow tools for investors, such as corporate venturing units, VC funds and investment banks, to handle all aspects of deal flow and activity, including partnerships and licensing.
Pitchbook operates a deals database platform that aggregates data from venture capital, private equity and mergers and acquisitions deals, enabling investors to gain valuable insights across the private investment cycle.
Ken Gatz, chief executive of Proseeder, said: “We are proud to partner with Pitchbook to provide an integrated solution that combines Pitchbook’s high-quality research with Proseeder’s purpose-built deal flow management system.
“We are innovating for the benefit of our mutual client base, with the goal of expanding the value they derive from each of our services, while increasing convenience and ease of use.”
John Gabbert, founder and chief executive of Pitchbook, said: “For Pitchbook, this integration is an enhancement for our collective client-base given the synergies with our data.
“We are focused on building products that meet the needs of our customers, and we see this integration as a great opportunity to streamline an important process for them.”
Proseeder is a platinum sponsor of the GCVI Summit, while Pitchbook is the data partner.
