Human resources firm Persol Holdings has led a $22.5m series C round for Singapore-based talent recruitment platform operator Glints, DealStreetAsia reported yesterday.
Venture capital firms Monk’s Hill Ventures, Fresco Capital, Mindworks Ventures and Wavemaker Partners also took part in the round, as did private investors Binny Bansal and Xiaoyin Zhang.
Glints was founded in 2013 and operates an online job marketplace platform for young professionals. It also offers skill development and career readiness programmes as well as recruitment services for businesses.
Monk’s Hill Ventures led a $6.8m series B round for the company in mid-2019 that was also backed by MindWorks Ventures, Fresco Capital and Wavemaker Partners. It came after human resources firm HRnetGroup supplied $380,000 for Glints the previous year.
The company had received $2m in a 2016 series A round co-led by Golden Equator Capital and Gobi Partners that also featured Wavemaker Partners, Fresco Capital, East Ventures, Infocomm Investments and Pix Vine Capital. The last three had joined various angel investors to invest $475,000 in 2015.
