GreenVolts, a maker of solar power products backed by US strategic investors, has continued its personnel changes since its $30m series B round in 2008.
Mike Doman has joined GreenVolts as vice president of sales from a similar role at peer Regenesis Power while Scott Shoults is its vice president of business development from industrial company JDSU.
In October, David Gudmundson (pictured) joined GreenVolts as executive president after previously working with Shoults at JDSU.
In December, Keith Lambert joined as senior vice president of operations while Uday Bellary was hired as chief financial officer.
In September 2008, GreenVolts raised $30m in its series B round from venture capital investor Oak Investment Partners, which came a year after its $10m series A round in 2007 led by Greenlight Energy Resources and including utility Avista.
